For security, I use 'double opt-in' subscriptions. This means there are two steps to subscribing. I apologize for the extra step, but I hate spam, and this way ensures you (and me) stay safe.

1. Fill out all three lines on the form, and click the red 'Subscribe Me!' button.

2. Next, find the email I just sent you. Click the "Confirm My Subscription" button. Your subscription won't be complete until I receive that confirmation from you.
